About InVert Graphite

InVert Graphite (ASX: IVG) is an Australian company focused on the exploration and development of graphite in Tanzania.

In January 2025, Dominion Minerals Limited (ASX: DLM) undertook a corporate transformation and was renamed InVert Graphite Limited as part of its readmission to trading on the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The 100% owned flagship Morogoro Project in Tanzania is prospective for high-grade natural flake graphite and is strategically located near existing rail, sealed roads, and port infrastructure.

Transforming into a vertically integrated graphite business, InVert agreed to acquire the RapidPulse^TM downstream graphite processing technology in June 2026. Developed at Curtin University, this proprietary catalytic graphitisation process shows potential to convert natural graphite to roughly 99% purity in seconds. Crucially, if proven, it eliminates the capital-intensive and environmentally sensitive acid-washing steps used in conventional processing. This technology potentially provides InVert with a direct, non-acid pathway to produce battery-grade anode material for Western supply chains, utilising its own Morogoro feedstock.

IVG is led by a highly experienced Board and Management team with strong capabilities in mineral exploration, mine development, capital markets, and project commercialisation.
